Last year was difficult with Hurricane Sandy's devastation - so many were impacted and so many small businesses like mine found business came to an immediate and grinding halt during what should have been a busy Christmas season. That has lasted longer than we ever expected as so many of my customers in particular (being a coastal themed store) live very close to or on the water here and along the east coast.
